Interior Systems ® Inc. was founded in 1977 as a full-service
office planning and furnishings firm. We provide a wide range of
products and services to help our customers create and maintain great
places to work. We are proud to be the most experienced Herman Miller
dealer in the Chicago market and also to offer over 300 other lines
to choose from. During over thirty years of operation, we have
furnished over 16,000,000 square feet, installed over $450,000,000
of product, and completed over 20,000 projects. We are a proven industry
leader in providing innovative and tailored office interior solutions.
In the course of continually striving to provide quality products and
services to meet customer needs, Thomas developed the Total Office Resource
Alliance in 1999. As founder of this unique organization, we combine our
expertise in the field of office furnishings with fifteen other highly
respected companies from around the Chicagoland area to offer a complete
package of services for businesses in transition. From banking or telecommunication
needs, to security products and landscape services, – The Total Office
Resource Alliance is the one-stop source for individualized service from
the beginning of a transition to the successful completion of each project.

In 2001, Thomas developed a new division: Like
New Furniture. This division
offers previously owned furniture at tremendous savings. Specializing
in Herman Miller Ethospace, Thomas purchases thousands of workstations
from around the United States and replaces any defective components with
factory authorized parts. These “blended” units offer clients
high quality workstations at up to 85% off list pricing savings. It is
another excellent example of Thomas providing unique office furniture solutions
to meet customer requirements.
